Preview Preparation
After your order is placed, a special digital preview (mock-up) of your design is prepared. This preview allows you to clearly see how your piece will look in real life. Within 24 hours, this preview is sent to you, giving you full control over the first step of your order and ensuring it meets your expectations. -
Production After Your Approval
Once you approve the mock-up design, the production process begins. Our artisans carefully start crafting your jewelry. All materials used (925 sterling silver or solid gold options in 8K, 10K, 14K, and 18K) are meticulously selected and processed. In this way, your piece not only achieves an elegant appearance but is also produced with quality that will last for many years. -
Production & Final Approval
Your jewelry is usually completed within 1–3 business days. However, the process does not end with production. Before delivery, we send you high-resolution photos of the finished piece. This allows you to review the item, check every detail, and give your final approval. In other words, your order will not be shipped until it fully meets your satisfaction. -
Delivery
After your approval, your jewelry is carefully packaged in a special box. Elegant and secure packaging not only protects your piece but also provides you with a premium experience. Then your order is shipped to your address with free and trackable shipping. This way, your jewelry reaches your doorstep safely and quickly.

Use a Piece of Paper
Wrap a strip of paper around the knuckle of your finger and mark where the ends meet. Measure the length in millimeters, and when placing your order, select this measurement under “Circumference” as your ring size.

Visiting a local jeweler with certified equipment is the most accurate way to determine your ring size. Most jewelers will provide this service free of charge.

If you don’t know your ring size yet, simply select ‘I’ll provide my size later’ while placing your order.
We will prepare your personalized mockup right after your purchase, and once you confirm the design, you can share your exact size with us. Since the mockup will already be ready, we can immediately start crafting your ring.
