Welcome to CrestoriaLondon. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Information

All jewelry is handmade and, in most cases, personalized specifically for you.
Prices are listed in [USD/GBP/EUR] and may vary depending on exchange rates or promotions.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Orders & Personalization

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
For personalized items, please ensure that all details (names, dates, engravings, symbols) are entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Personalized items are produced exclusively for you and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

3. Production & Delivery

Standard production time is [1–3 business days]. Special/custom orders may require additional time.
Shipping is handled via trusted partners (UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx). Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Once shipped, we provide a tracking number so you can follow your order.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or do not match your order details.

5. Warranty

All products are covered by our Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use is not covered.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.
While we ensure the highest quality craftsmanship, slight variations in handmade and custom pieces are considered part of their unique nature.

7. Governing Law

Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts.

Wrap a strip of paper around the knuckle of your finger and mark where the ends meet. Measure the length in millimeters, and when placing your order, select this measurement under “Circumference” as your ring size.

Visiting a local jeweler with certified equipment is the most accurate way to determine your ring size. Most jewelers will provide this service free of charge.

I’ll Provide My Size Later

If you don’t know your ring size yet, simply select ‘I’ll provide my size later’ while placing your order.
We will prepare your personalized mockup right after your purchase, and once you confirm the design, you can share your exact size with us. Since the mockup will already be ready, we can immediately start crafting your ring.
